Natural Fragrance Oils – Non-Essential Oil Ways to Scent
Sensational Scents without Essential Oils
We are truly living in a wonderful time for natural and organic products. Consumer demand is driving innovation in creating sustainable and natural ways to attain fragrances that have been out of reach for those wishing to steer clear of harsh, synthetic chemicals. With increased demand, more time, effort, and resources are dedicated to providing natural Fragrance Oils for sensational scents. If you’ve been cautious of fragrance oils in the past, you now have a natural solution; Fractional Distillation! The fractional distillation process naturally separates scent molecules in the essential oil, allowing perfumers to recombine those molecules to create fragrances like Blueberry, Pear, Lingonberry, and Mango ready to incorporate into your products. These scents are manufactured exclusively for Essential using only fractional distillation. Rest assured, when you see “fragrance” on an Essential ingredient deck, the only fragrance used comes from 100% plant material, no additional chemicals are added.
Scenting with Natural Fragrance Oils from Essential
Fragrance Oils can be used to scent in the same way you use Essential Oils. As always, we recommend you start with a small amount and add more if you want a stronger scent. It’s easy to add more Fragrance Oil, but you can’t take it away once it’s been added, so start with a small amount. Be sure to record how much fragrance you use in your formulation so you can recreate that same scent. Check out the Aromatherapy Scenting Guide for suggested scenting levels by product type.
